Blacklist to represent Sibol in SEAG ML - Tiebreaker Times

Blacklist International will be representing the Philippines in the upcoming Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam.

This as the Tier One-backed squad topped the SIBOL National Team Selection powered by SMART by taking down Nexplay EVOS, 4-1, on Sunday night.

A three-man wipe in the Lord pit entering the 13-minute-mark sealed the deal for Blacklist International in Game Five. Salic “Hadji” Imam starred in the win with three kills and four assists against one death on Valentina.

Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario, Johnmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna, Kyle “Dominic” Soto, Howard “Owl” Gonzales, Dexter “DEX STAR” Alaba, and Hadji will compose the Philippine national MLBB team.

Coaching the squad are Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza and Aniel “Master the Basics” Jiandani.

Blacklist International weathered a late rally from Nexplay EVOS to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Hadji’s great control of team fights gave the Tier One-backed squad the edge in the match. He finished with four kills and 10 assists against one death in the 18-13 opening win in 16 minutes and 35 seconds.

He continued his fine play in Game Two, putting up a team-high nine kills along with six assists and three deaths on Lunox in the 15-12 win in 16 minutes and eight seconds. The jungler-turned-roamer provided the bulk of the damage that peeled Nexplay EVOS’ frontline in crucial skirmishes.

Kenneth “Cadenza” Castro’s Khufra put Nexplay EVOS on the board after a crucial Luminous Lord steal in Game Three that paved the way for a come-from-behind 14-13 win in 21 minutes and 19 seconds. He finished with four assists, a kill, and three deaths.

Unfortunately for Nexplay EVOS, Blacklist International went aggressive in Game Four, bagging an 11-3 win to move at match-point.

Johnmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna went back to his old ways, bringing out the Popol and Kuma roamer which definitely gave Nexplay EVOS a plethora of problems. He registered a game-high nine assists along with a kill and a death.
