The competition is heating up!
Competitive FIFA Online 4 is back in action with EACC Summer 2022, an online tournament taking place from August 15 to 21.
The ongoing Summer tournament features 14 top-performing teams from China, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam who are competing for a US$100,000 prize pool.
With the first three days of competition now done, here’s a quick recap of the EACC Summer and the eight teams heading into playoffs.

Recap of the first three days of EACC Summer 2022
South Korea’s representatives took day one of EACC Summer by storm.
Vietnam’s Tony Tonyy was already at match point against DHFC, but the Korean team made a swift comeback in the last two games. DHFC Sikyung’s Cristiano Ronaldo scored a clutch goal at the 90-minute mark in game five, defeating Tony Tonyy 3-2.
Korean team CrazyWin also picked up a 3-1 win over Chinese squad Nova Esports.
Vietnam won big on day two, with both DIH Esports and ProGamer beating their opponents by a scoreline of 3-1.
Following DIH’s win over Wolves Esports, the squad qualifies as a top six seed of EACC Summer 2022. In the next round, DIH will face fellow VN team ProGamer for a top four position.
Despite the early loss against DHFC, Tony Tonyy finally found success on the third day of competition. The Vietnam team keeps their playoffs hopes alive after a spectacular 3-1 victory over Manchester City F.C.
EACC Summer 2022 witnessed its own Chinese Derby on day three between Wolves Esports and Nova Esports. Wolves got the upper hand and ended Nova’s journey with a dominant 3-0 win.
